Service: Intuitive Guidance & Supportive Exploration Note: All bookings require pre-approval. Clients must first have an MV Psychic Medium service for suitability screening. Step into a space for clarity, guidance, and self-discovery. This intuitive session connects you with inner wisdom and finds practical solutions. This is not a Psychic Medium Reading and is best suited for clients seeking spiritual guidance and a trusted, non-judgmental sounding board rather than predictive insight. Perhaps you need support or a perspective that is currently unavailable to you elsewhere. Professional Disclaimer & Scope of Practice Counselling and Therapy: Please note that counselling is not a government-regulated title in Australia. While I adhere to a strong personal code of ethics and professional practice, my services are not provided by a licensed mental health professional, such as a Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Licensed Addiction/Alcohol Counselor, who is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This intuitive service is offered solely for guidance and spiritual exploration. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, mental health diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, seeking a diagnosis, or require treatment for addiction, trauma, or complex mental health disorders, you must consult with a qualified, government-registered professional. Mandatory Professional Boundaries & Prohibited Topics To ensure professional safety and integrity, certain topics are strictly off-limits and will result in immediate session cessation and permanent termination: Sexual Discussions are not permitted. Zero tolerance for any discussion or inappropriate behaviours. Regulated Treatment Areas: Discussions pertaining to formal treatment plans, substance addiction (including alcohol and drug counselling), eating disorders, or severe trauma protocols that require licensed medical or therapeutic intervention. Legal & Financial Advice: This service cannot provide advice in areas requiring licensed professional expertise (e.g., law, financial planning, medical diagnosis). We ask that if you are currently suffering from any diagnosed mental health issues or require specialist intervention for any of the prohibited topics above, you seek professional, qualified services instead. We do not pertain to be medical or mental health professionals.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Rescheduling, & Illness Policy Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment. For all bookings and inquiries, we will adhere to a strict policy of professionalism and mutual respect. 1. Our Commitment to You We take our commitment to you very seriously and will always do our best to honor your appointment. In the rare event of a website booking issue ie double booking or user error, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling your appointment. We do not refund you. You are obligated to reschedule and respectfully work with us. 2. Rescheduling Due to Illness If you are unwell: We ask that you please reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours' notice, where possible. If MV or family is unwell: In the event of illness, all readings will be rescheduled. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time that works for you. We understand this can be an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We do not however allow cancellations due to service provider illnesses and expect that you will work with us on this. If you attempt to cancel, receive a refund or are a no show, you will not receive a fee refund. We only permit reschedules ahead of time. 3. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy for Harassment Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or bullying. Our personal time and well-being are not negotiable. We will not be pressured, bullied, or guilt-tripped into providing services outside of our established business hours, or into rescheduling personal appointments for a client's convenience. Any client who engages in this behaviour will have their appointment immediately canceled without a refund, and will be permanently blocked from future bookings. If you are anxious please ask for assistance of a blog or self help to tie you over. We find Urgent often isn't really urgent and these things can sometimes wait another day - remember, everything really does happen for a reason, when it comes to these sorts of things. Just trust the universe and the processes. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to providing you with a positive and respectful experience. We do not allow cancellations but will allow reschedules within 24hrs for genuine reasons ie contagious illnesses. If you are unwell you can have your reading service via phone, video phone or email. Please do not come to sessions unwell as we have clients with immune system vulnerabilities.
