Private Shopping & Consultation Appointments For those who wish to visit our store outside of our standard public hours, we offer a selection of private, paid appointments. These bookings guarantee a dedicated time for you to receive a personalized shopping experience. Please review our options and policies before booking. Tiered Booking Options: Exploratory Quick Visit: This option is for individuals who want a super quick look (15mins). The fee for this appointment grants you private access to our store with no obligation to make a purchase. Quick Visit: 30mins Ideal for customers who have a general idea of what they need or want to grab a few items quickly. This option provides a brief period of focused shopping time. Focused Shopping: 45mins This is for customers who have seen a specific range of products online or in-store and have the intention of making a significant purchase. Extensive Shopping: 1 hour Designed for customers who require a longer, more comprehensive shopping experience to browse and purchase a large number of items. Private Consultation & Shopping: 1 hour This appointment includes a dedicated spell consultation for a fee of $100. The consultation fee is credited towards your in-store spending of $180 or more. Important Booking & Payment Policy: To secure a time slot, we require a non-refundable, non-transferable payment at the time of booking. This fee is credited towards your in-store purchases and must be spent during your appointment. We do not issue store credit or refunds for any unspent amounts. The only exception to this policy is the Private Consultation, where the $100 payment is for the service itself and a separate purchase of $180 or more is required to cover the consultation fee. Cancellation Policy

Booking, Rescheduling, & Illness Policy Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment. For all bookings and inquiries, we will adhere to a strict policy of professionalism and mutual respect. 1. Our Commitment to You We take our commitment to you very seriously and will always do our best to honor your appointment. In the rare event of a website booking issue ie double booking or user error, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling your appointment. We do not refund you. You are obligated to reschedule and respectfully work with us. 2. Rescheduling Due to Illness If you are unwell: We ask that you please reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours' notice, where possible. If MV or family is unwell: In the event of illness, all readings will be rescheduled. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time that works for you. We understand this can be an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We do not however allow cancellations due to service provider illnesses and expect that you will work with us on this. If you attempt to cancel, receive a refund or are a no show, you will not receive a fee refund. We only permit reschedules ahead of time. 3. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy for Harassment Please be advised that we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or bullying. Our personal time and well-being are not negotiable. We will not be pressured, bullied, or guilt-tripped into providing services outside of our established business hours, or into rescheduling personal appointments for a client's convenience. Any client who engages in this behaviour will have their appointment immediately canceled without a refund, and will be permanently blocked from future bookings. If you are anxious please ask for assistance of a blog or self help to tie you over. We find Urgent often isn't really urgent and these things can sometimes wait another day - remember, everything really does happen for a reason, when it comes to these sorts of things. Just trust the universe and the processes. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to providing you with a positive and respectful experience. We do not allow cancellations but will allow reschedules within 24hrs for genuine reasons ie contagious illnesses. If you are unwell you can have your reading service via phone, video phone or email. Please do not come to sessions unwell as we have clients with immune system vulnerabilities.
